RETURNS
We accept returns ordered on happyology.co.uk within 14 calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.
- Postage expense for return is at customer’s own cost.
We reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the 14-day return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
STEPS FOR RETURN
- Please make sure:
(a) all returning items must be in the same perfect condition and in their full original packaging as you received them;
(b) all tags and labels must remain intact;
(c) all return items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.
- Fill in the RETURNS FORM via this link HERE.
- Once we receive your return form, we will email you the return information within 2 working days.
- Put your returning item(s) into a parcel. Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely.
- Send off your parcel to us via your preferred courier. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You are recommended to use a tracked service and ask for a proof of postage from your courier.
- Once received by us, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to change or cancel orders after they have been placed. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, you will be charged a fee of £30.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to offer an exchange service.
Please return the item(s) you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.
